Our R and D is an organized innovative activity series and and investigation segment with activities varying from institution to institution, with two primary models of its department either staffed by engineers and tasked with directly developing new products, or staffed with industrial scientists and tasked with applied research in scientific or technological fields, which may facilitate future development. In other words our researchers are to discover facts, to establish or revise a theory, or develop a plan of action based on the facts discovered. Before a patent is filed for invention, it has to pass through the normal process of international patent office directorate for approval.
