THE BIRTH OF THE VISION

>> African nations typically fall toward the bottom of any list measuring small size economic activity, such as income per capita or GDP per capita, despite a wealth of natural mineral resources.
>> With almost half of its population under the age of 25; about 75% below 35 years, and with its estimation that by 2050, Africa will account for 29% of all people aged 15 to 24, Black Youths can be reckoned as champions of global economic revolution through corporate innovation entrepreneurship adventure.
G E G is birthed to ensure this is a monumental reality.
WHAT IS THE BONE OF CONTENTION?
Dear compatriots, it seems we have lost our way long ago, wallowing thru the darkest depths… The Black Race is like a people lost in a valley of indecision.
How, in the abundance of water, a fool is thirsty?
How can we dwell amidst vast mineral resources and yet endure abject poverty?
Why, in a world full of knowledge, do we find ourselves still engulfed in ignorance?
Why, in the evolution of religion, do we not find redemption?
How, in the presence of light, does darkness still surround us?
Why is it that in the land of liberty, true freedom remains elusive?
And why does the mighty continue to fall in the midst of battle?
Oh, poor Africa, how foolishly, greedily, and ignorantly we have deceived ourselves. It is time to awaken, Black Race, from this deep slumber and inaction.
As an institute established to succeed the recycled and outmoded elderly-led African political authorities, the Black Youths Innovation Entrepreneurs A.K.A G-E-G Innovations with a precision-guided innovation strategy is committed to Mobilizing and transforming African Youths into Innovation-Entrepreneurs with leadership potential, to lead an image of a democratic system of government that will in the nearest future recruit us into various political powers of our respective countries through the national democratic electoral process having been tested and trusted in this proxy scheme.
What we offer?
In order to decongest the long queuing system in the unemployment industry to at least the barest minimum, G-E-G is commited to embark upon a quarterly massive deployment of both graduate and non-graduate youths who are believed to have something to offer for the economic development of Africa in the nearest future. G-E-G human capacity comprises two categories of (deployed) innovation entrepreneurs: 1. the graduate entrepreneurs and; 2. the talented tenth.
The Graduate Innovation Entrepreneurs are a group of graduate youth entrepreneurs for innovation and development of the African state. While; The Talented Tenth is the class of talented youths who did not or have not yet passed through formal education at the tertiary level at the time of deployment into the program. Again, G E G obeys and maintains a first-come-first-serve queuing discipline. This simply implies that the first qualified prospective to register will be the first to be considered during deployment, which is made quarterly (that’s, every March, June, September, and December) of every year. G E G practices a three-week-on-one-week-off mode of duty. Working for three consecutive weeks, and vacating for one week to recommence duty the subsequent month.
We empower by ensuring that every member of this noble organization is an arsenal of intellectual dexterity. People come into this place in a raw form and get transformed through our scrutiny erudite reformatory-research institute where they are taught how to think and allowed to practice for themselves.
As they pass through various academic and vocational trainings, they are awarded with a certificates of professionalism in various fields according to their proficiency in those fields. These certificates must be integrity-integrated and value equipped to secure global recognition and the bearer must be intellectually qualified and well scrutinized to be a bona-fide holder. Because of this esteem value assigned to these certificates, many deployed entrepreneurs will have to repeat classes if they must be awarded with such enablement which can also help them earn global job or recognition but notwithstanding will not in any way hinder their progress to be deployed to the Wonder-Ground.Boundless opportunities abound in G-E-G. To access these opportunities, deployed entrepreneurs are highly encouraged to stand out in their various areas of endeavors. The opportunity of social interaction for instance, is where you can interact with people of diverse class and background. The opportunity of dream actualization at the Wonder-Ground is where you can easily identify with some other sub-group of people working towards a particular task, or talent-driven groups like the movie industry, the music industry, the football and other sports fields, apart from the very vocation wherein you were deployed.
With its international affiliation with other thriving organizations all over the world, entrepreneur celebrities and prodigies stand the chance to be exchanged in a bilateral agreement. They can be bought or hired by top organizations like the ‘Microsoft Corporation’ for those in SoftApp development, ‘Arsenal or Chelsea etc.’ for those with football career having been equipped with relevant training and skills.Who we Are?

G-E-G Symbol of Continental Sovereignty
The curvature ‘C’ at the right side of the lion, connecting its head and the neck, and the laurel of honor ‘u’ dropping down the lion’s jaw respectively read ‘curb’ ‘unemployment’. The thickness of the old laden chain symbolizes the might and age of unemployment in Nigeria, Africa while the symbol of the roaring lion represents strength of g e g, demonstrating a great challenge against unemployment, violently displaying liberty in brutality as it ruthlessly breaks down the difficult long chain, barriers, protocols and thorny challenges of unemployment and all the forces that have held our nation down and backward all these years. The decorated symbol ‘u’ of unemployment is called laurel of honor because of the glory unemployment has won for us; without unemployment, there wouldn’t be heroes of unemployment; for in every adversity there is an opportunity. The unemployment industry is our acres of diamond.
Our Flag of Unity
The twinkle star glowing with great amusement is the Sirius, more officially known as Alpha Canis Majoris – the brightest star in the sky. It depicts G E G as the brightest hope upon the surface of Africa and the world at large.
The white color represents peace among its citizens; the color blue indicates free, transparent and welcoming atmosphere from what dims; the color red symbolizes victory won out of intellectual violence, and the reminiscence and commemoration of all victims of unemployment including those who lost their lives during the bloodiest march 2013 immigration recruitment exercise that turned sour, together with the corps members who died in active service for this nation. So in the actual sense, the color red symbolizes the blood of the victims of unemployment in all forms.
The coat of arm being strategically located in the position of the eagle’s eye depicts g e g as having the vision of an eagle. Not a disappointed eagle, but one with blood clots on its long beak indicating mission accomplished.
The mathematical expression in conjunction with the bleeding heart at the centre reads: for all integral summation of my love element dy/dx – which is the author’s personal designation as a Mathelosopher.
POWERS OF THE INNOVATION ENTREPRENEURS
For effective performance of its functions, G E G is structured into 3 main organs in accordance with the principles of division of labour.
The Noble T3
This is the citadel of powers, the number 1 in this body and remains the nonpareil, incomparable and absolute center of administration from which all powers emanate. The Noble T3 consists of the office of the Noble Servant, office of the President, and office of Representatives of Religious Orders (the CAN/IAN).
The Executive Parliament
like the federal system, the Executive Parliament is in the place of the ‘House of Senate.’ It’s the Power Hub, the number 2 in official status from which all powers disseminate.
The House of Parliament
The House of Parliament represents the ‘House of Assembly’ in the federal system of governance. It comprises the Executive Parliament, The Regional Codins, and some elements of The Noble T3. The House of Parliament is the number 3 in high status, while;
The Family House
is a replica of a ‘State House of Assembly.’ This function exists in each of the six regional segments of this government.
Regional Governors
Regional Governors are like state governors in the federal system of governance, but more than state governors, the regional governors would have to manage a larger coast comprising many states.
Regional Codins
are Regional Representatives who coordinate activities in the six geo-political zones who also complement the House of Parliament. They submit monthly report of all relevant activities going on in the geo-political zone of their sphere..
The Embassies
our embassy, which represents the Graduate Innovation Entrepreneurs, is established in each state of the federation, headed by the ambassador who represents the president of G E G. The ambassador, together with other diplomatic members of staff, conducts official businesses of this body in their respective states. The main duties and services of the embassy are found on the ‘embassy gallery.
The Wonder-Ground
The GREAT MONUMENT called "WONDER-GROUND" is a wonder of of the WORLD, built across the 6 geopolitical zones of the federation, is the Entrepreneur Hub of the Graduate Innovation Entrepreneurs - G E G. It comprises 4 detachments namely: R & D, Industrial, Agricultural and Residential. At the Wonder-Ground, Graduate Entrepreneurs observe 3 weeks on, 1 week off system of duty.
The Wonder-Rock
This is the administrative Head Quarter of G E G, situated somewhere around the country. The Wonder-Rock comprises office of the Noble Servant and General Superintendent; office of the President G E G; and office of Representative of the Religious Order (the C.A.N and I.A.N Representatives).
